2. STD Post (Standard Post):
  • Cost: $10
  • Processing Time - Generally within 1-3 Business Days 
  • Description: You have the option to choose standard post for a flat fee of $10. This is a cost-effective shipping method that provides reliable delivery within the standard delivery timeframe.
3. Priority Dispatch + Express Post (Express Shipping):
  • Cost: $18
  • Processing Time - Generally within 1-2 Business Days 
  • Description: For those who need their orders expedited, we offer Priority Dispatch with Express Post for $18. This ensures your items are shipped out quickly and delivered to your door in the shortest possible time.

How long will it take for delivery?

WA Metro and Country: 2-6 Business Days

Rest of Australia: (Excludes NT)
Metro Areas up to 5 Business Days Regional Country areas up to 10 Business days, generally the more regional the longer the time due to less freight deliveries.

NT Darwin / Metro 5-9 Business Days. Alice Springs 4-7 Business Days.

NT Regional / Other up to 14 Business Days 

RETURN TO SENDER
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts where no redirection is arranged, the order will be deemed Returned to Sender and the customer will be responsible for all re-delivery shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable, and re-delivery will only be arranged once the additional shipping cost has been paid, or alternatively, if the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund may be issued less the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier once the item has been received back and inspected.
